All prints are framed to order. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for us to produce and package your artwork.

Transit Time
We ship worldwide. Average delivery time once dispatched is 7 calendar days.

UK & EU Royal Mail / DPD 5 – 7 days
North America UPS / FedEx 5 – 7 days
Rest of World DHL Express 6 – 9 days

Tracking links are emailed automatically as soon as your order leaves the studio. If you haven’t seen yours within 48 hours of purchase, check spam or reach out to help@yokosworld.com.


🔄 Returns & Replacements

We want you to love your walls. If something isn’t right:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Choose either:

  • Free replacement (for damaged or defective items)
  • Money-back refund (original payment method)

To qualify, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We’ll send a prepaid return label—no hidden fees, no restocking charges.

“Do you ship framed or rolled?”

Every print arrives ready to hang in our magnetic Japanese-style rail frame—no extra charge.

“Can I change my shipping address after ordering?”

Yes, if the order hasn’t shipped. Email us ASAP with your order number and the new address.

“How do I track my package?”

When your frame leaves our studio you’ll get an email titled ‘Your art is on the way!’ with a live tracking link. Click it anytime for real-time updates.

“My print arrived damaged. What now?”

Snap a quick photo of the damage and email it to help@yokosworld.com within 14 days. We’ll express-ship a replacement or issue a full refund—your call.

“What sizes do you offer?”

A4, A3, and A2 for most designs. Limited-edition drops occasionally include A1. Size options appear on each product page.
